Can't play music on my macbook

I keep getting this message when I try to play music on my MacBook Pro. The message is "You are signed in with an Apple ID that is not valid for use in the Nigerian Store. You may only purchase music from the U.S. Store with this Apple ID."

PS: the iTunes tab isn't showing on the Music app for me to change my country
