Best add’l browser

What’s the best browser in addition to safari and safe place to download it from? Thanks.

Although I am a diehard Apple guy, I started using FireFox exclusively. It seems FireFox is much faster than Safari, web pages load more quickly and with no popup ads, and FireFox is very customizable.

It’s certainly nice with the upgrades they made. Hadn’t used it in years until I just downloaded yesterday. You’re right Safari is loaded with constant ads. I don’t know about Chrome. Never used it really.

If Adware is indeed installed - two possible solutions are Etrecheck and Malwarebytes for Mac. Both are free or paid for additional features and are Trusted Developers and Respected ASC Contributors to the ASC Forums

That is largely a matter of personal preference. Two major ones are Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/ and FireFox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Thanks FoxFith! I looked closely into both of those and settled on Firefox. With the updates they’ve made since the last time I was on, it’s much more enjoyable to use!
