Planning on buying an iPhone12 from the Apple store at Yorkdale, I was wondering if they collect cash payment or does it have to be through a debit card.

Typically, Apple only accepts credit/debit cards for purchases. If you know that you want to go to this particular store, you may want to call ahead to be sure.
