If you have a (very) recent full backup of your device, restore data from that backup, bearing in mind that that procedure overwrites all existing data on your iPhone. No backup = No recovery, sorry.

In such a situation. the only thing you can do is to call your carrier and ask them for a detailed list of your latest 100 calls (incoming/outgoing).
