Finding my Zoom videos on my Mac

I take a photo copy of the directory where the zoom files are supposedly being saved. Unless I catch the saved files immediately when the Finder window pops up, I can NEVER find the files again. The directory is

Users/Myname/Documents/zoom/ then the date and time for the file recording.

HELP HELP HELP HELP

From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.
In the window that opens, enter ~/Documents/zoom, and click Go.

~ tilde indicates your home folder.
