Unfortunately, Dolby Atmos is not compatible with EarPods. Here is a link to Apple’s official site regarding Dolby Atmos and spatial audio. As an aside, if they’re within your budget, I highly recommend the AirPods Pro and the AirPods Max. I’ve used both and they sound incredible.
