Unable to Purchase "Google Meet" is not compatible with this iPad

I am new. Just register new apple ID. I have devices iPad mini bought in year 2013.

I got an issue Unable to Purchase "Google Meet" is not compatible with this iPad and there are many apps unable to dowload.

Your iPad mini 2 is 8 years old and cannot run the newest iOS systems and will be incompatible with a number of apps.
