Free Apple TV 1 year
Hi my phone was purchased in April when the 1 year free offer was live. I wanted to redeem
it now but see it’s now been reduced to 3 months only. Can you please help? Thanks Nic

One of the conditions for the offer is, that it has to be redeemed within 3 months of activating the new device. August is 4 months since April, so it seems that you waited too long, if you haven’t redeemed yet. The iPhone wouldn’t be eligible anymore.
Indeed the offer changed for devices activated after July 1st, to a shorter extended trial.
