I transferred some music files from my Music on my iMac 24" to my iPhone.
The files got through but my iPhone gave me the options of
"Open With
iTunes U
What's App
Yahoo Mail
Files
Cancel"
This seemed an odd selection as the music should logically have gone to my Music on my iPhone.
It's not there and I can't find where it is on my iPhone!
Can anyone help?
You cannot use AirDrop to copy audio files to or from the Music app on the device. You need to use iTunes, Music/Finder, or iCloud Music Library as part of Apple Music or iTunes Match, to transfer music to the device.
