applecare

I upgraded from my SE to an iphone12, forgot to update applecare but kept paying each month, now I lost my iphone12 and not sure what to do?

  1. AppleCare covers a device. It cannot be transferred to another device. If you did not purchase AppleCare for your iPhone 12, it is not covered.
  2. Even if your iPhone 12 did have AppleCare, unless you specifically purchased additional Theft and Loss coverage with that AppleCare, loss would not be covered.
