Apple Pay CC verification email

I am having trouble adding my bank card to Apple Pay. When I get to the step for a verification email to be sent, it lists an old email address that I no longer have and I can’t select a different one. The old address does not appear on my Apple ID at all. The bank does not have that email address listed. I have tried logging out my Apple ID on all of my devices but it is still pulling that old address. Where can it it be listed?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are having trouble verifying your card information when setting up Apple Pay. We have some information that may help.


To start, your bank or card issuer will verify your information and decide if you can use your card with Apple Pay. Is this information what you have listed with your bank? If so, you will need to contact them to update your information.
