my parents were given an old apple computer from my old school. we don’t know the password to the “administrator” thingy so we can’t unlock the accounts. please can someone help me?! i want to wipe it clean! start over. but we also have a different keyboard for it, it’s a windows keyboard. again i have no clue what to do… :/
You didn't tell us what model and year the computer is... do you know?
