I cannot download the Apple TV app on by 2021 Samsung TV

Who supports the Apple TV app? There is no direct hits when I search for a solution. Apple kind of says talk to Samsung... Samsung says talk to Apple... . Download always fails with Unable to install. Please try again later.(Apple TV: 125110)

Ya... I should have said I did everything and more from all help discussions, Google searches, etc.. The fix was resetting my tv to defaults. So, a Samsung issue.
