Cannot download Apple TV on my Samsung smart TV. It’s not brand new but it is a smart TV. Cannot find the app when searching for it

I cannot sign into Apple TV on my Samsung smart TV so I can download it. Searching in App Store it doesn’t come up. TV isn’t new within the last few years but it is a smart TV
