Unable to add Mail Account on iPhone X

I want to add a new email, but the entire screen on the Mail Accounts is read only mode. I am not able to tap Add Account. Is there another way to do this? I'm wondering if there is a max number of mail accounts allowed. I've already got 6 setup and this new one will be the 7th. But, again, without the ability to modify my existing mail accounts, I'm stuck.

My iPhone OS version is 14.6.

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes, change it to ‘Allow’.
