Unable to add email account

I’d like to add an email account on my iPhone, but I can’t click on “add account” in settings “passwords and Accounts”. All existing email accounts and the field “add account” come up in light grey and are not selectable. Does anyone know what the issue is?

There are two possibilities

  1. Your parents have enabled restrictions through Screen Time
  2. Your organisation / enterprise / school management has installed a profile which is managed by the system administrator of the organisation / enterprise / school management
