Suddenly out of nowhere my iWatch played the “find my iWatch” sound also got an email notification. It wasn’t me. Immediately changed my password. I don’t share my iCloud or anything with anybody. Can someone please explain why it could have happened, am I hacked?

Are you part of a Family Sharing plan? The Family Organizer can use the Find My feature without knowing your Apple ID password. Other than that, I have no explanation.
