Verifying Devices:

Go here, and see if their device is seen: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're signed in - Apple Support. Unfortunately, you cannot see your login history.

Modify your Credentials:

If you suspect someone else is using your account, then consider modifying your credentials, starting with a new password.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Passwordfor each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

Change the password to your Apple ID and it is all over. The other thing that you can check is to see whether the device list under your Apple ID is accurate and that it does not contain any strange devices that do not belong to you.
