I able to locate Ipad. Can you assist me?

The other thing is that Apple will not be able to help you locate your iPad either. This is something that has to be done by yourself.

If you never activated the FindMy app on your iPad, then there is NO way for you or anyone else to help you locate this iPad digitally, online.

You will need to figure out, yourself, where you left that iPad.
