iPhone 7 problem

Hello, I have a problem with my older iphone 7. It can load setting and things like that but it wont load things like appstore, or any other apps. I also cant reset it or something like that, it just stays stuck on loading and nothing happens. I cant sign out of my Apple ID, i cant update the phone. Is there any solution for this?
