Hi Davidsonc,
Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities.
We understand that you’re not receiving specific emails and we’re happy to help! We also see that you've already checked out the Apple Support article Postmaster information for iCloud Mail.
If you can’t receive emails in Mail on Mac
"In the Mail app on your Mac, if you’re certain you’re not receiving messages, even after clicking the Get Mail button in the Mail toolbar, try these suggestions.
If you’re logged in to a network using VPN, also make sure that you entered your VPN password correctly.

Let us know if this helps.
Take care.
postmasters do not block individual emails. They block IP addresses (servers) and they are assigned by your ISP. That is how you are identified online. My ISP has used an IP address that was blocked by most recipients postmasters because too much spam was being sent from there (from many users).
You can reset your modem to get a different IP address. Unplug from power for at least 60 seconds. Plug back in and wait until all lights are green and steady. Check to see if there is a different IP address listed. That means your traffic is being routed via a different server and should take care of the problem.

I ran your indeed.com through the spamhause data base I see no issues with that server:

I can add— Apple DMARC policy enforcement level of quarantine, any commercial email sent from an @mac.com, @me.com, and @icloud.com email address will be sent to the SPAM folder unless it is being sent by Apple’s infrastructure.
iCloud mail—*If you use a non-iCloud SMTP server, don't use your iCloud email address as a "Send From" address. Otherwise, your email might not deliver or it might deliver to the recipient's Junk folder.

Spamhaus realtime threat and reputation blocklists currently protect over 3 Billion user mailboxes* and are responsible for blocking the vast majority of spam and malware sent out on the Internet. Spamhaus data is today used by the majority of the Internet's ISPs, email service providers, corporations, universities, governments and military networks.
I will add—In drilling down on ISP 18.218.22.89
I do see this result:

The email provider is my Apple account!! The email I am getting is from the Apple servers. I have it and gmail. And mostly email from InDeed and now and then Ziprecruiter.
I tried posting it here but it was blocked by Apple, all I can do is convey as best as I can.
Apple is the one blocking Indeed.com emails, and it appears there is nothing to be done about it. It's a DMARC error associated with the sender.
Error for reference:
None of the suggested troubleshooting in this thread works. I moved to my iCloud address from Gmail for improved privacy practices and a better OS/iOS email experience, but this is supremely annoying. The user should always have the option to override such automatic rejection protocols. I might just have to go back to Gmail if I can't take control of my inbox behaviors.
If you have no problem with your emails being read, your info being sold and used to have website ads tailored to you, go ahead and use Gmail.
The point is that all ISPs as well as all web based email services' servers are set up to filter/reject emails from known spam flooded IP addresses to try to keep the internet as spam free as possible and even though you may not be sending any, if that is your assigned IP address and it is blacklisted by the receiving server, it will be returned/not delivered.

Yes, but when email is going to spam or is blocked that should not be, I should be able to tell my email client to stop applying that protocol. This is a capability with other email clients, and it is MY email, after all. I should have agency over this.
I am the receiver. I am not having trouble sending. I'm having trouble receiving emails that are deemed to have a DMARC error. I cannot change the IP of the sender from which I do want to receive emails, but from whom Apple will not allow emails to come through.
Thanks for your feedback!
Your response come across a bit argumentative and condescending. I'm sure you didn't intend to convey that tone, but I want to express that your tone may be received that way.

It is not necessarily the email client. You have no control over when or how servers decide to block an IP address.

There are many search results to show why it is done and who is doing it.
And here are the terms for these forums. Rather than critiquing another poster, the preferred method is to ignore the post you do not like. My post was not intended to be “feedback”, it was supposed to be informative. This is my last post here.

I have tried this also, some have come through just fine the ones I need are still showing the same notice. Thank you for the suggestion it worked on some anyway!
Do you mean they are going to junk because apple mail will not block but perhaps your email provider may. All emails should come through in your inbox or junk no matter what unless you have a rule so they go to trash.
No does not help I have looked at most all of that already!
I am getting an email stating "Message Blocked" Your message to ******"mx.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.
and then a buck of jargon below that.

Seems my message was blocked and edited even though I thought I had already done that.

That can happen because of your settings or your email provider's server settings. Apple does not block them.
Have you checked with your internet/email provider? Their servers routinely block messages coming from certain IP addresses which they have put on black lists because tons of spam comes from them (not just yours).
