How can I switch the order of the songs in my playlist on my iPhone?

Open the Music app and then display the songs in a given playlist.
Click on the Three Dots (Top Right)
Tap on Edit
At this point you can move the songs up and down by holding the the Three Dashes that are at the extreme right of the song title.
