Low data When you search on the word “low data” result for cellular data only displayed

When you swipe down and search the word “low data” to turn it on or off, only the cellular low data is displayed

That is correct. Low Data Mode can be found directly in Settings ➔ Cellular ➔ Cellular Data Options ➔ Data Mode : Select Low Data Mode. This is available in search because this option is always there for Search to find.

The other place that the Low Data Mode appears is within a Wi-Fi Network’s information option. Search will not find this because Wi-Fi Network properties are not searched. Open Settings ➔ Wi-Fi ➔ Tap on the (i) next to your connected Wi-Fi Network’s name: Here you will see the option for Low Data Mode for your Wi-Fi connection.
