Slow email

Big Sur update 11.2 resolved the issue with the Spotlight email search (finally!) I believed it sorted. But,

even after Big Sur 11.5.2 problem is unresolved. Please suggest to fix this issue. Thanks!

While in Apple Mail >> Mailbox in Menu Bar >> Rebuild. This should re-index the mailboxes.

Mail hasn't been working correctly in Ventura Apple's MAIL program has not been working correctly since I updated to Ventura. macOS Ventura Apple Mail messages are blank / empty This seems to be an intermittent yet long-lived bug i.e. it keeps coming up version after version. This is currently happening to me on Ventura 13.0.1 and Apple Mail 16.0. I do not see any pending updates. I am not running antivirus or vpn software. Mac Mails: your network preferences prevent content from loading privately. Mac Mails: your network preferences prevent content from loading privately. How do I stop this. (Mac Studio Max Mac OS Ventura 13.1) I have to click the (Load Content Directly) button on every email. and some times it wont help, and I have to restart my Mac.
