iPhone 12 ( blue ) colour chipping off

My iPhone 12 (blue) is chipping off from the edge of the camera it’s small right now but I’m worried if it might grow. I haven’t dropped my phone but still I’m facing these issues. There has to be some explanation for this kind of bad quality control management system. Is there any possibility that Apple could either fix this issue on their devices or can replace them with new ones ?
