problems with magsafe

iPhone 12 promax when connecting magsafe wireless charging starts to reconnect constantly. charging 20 watts all accessories are original can anyone tell me?

there is no case in an alternative device I tried to charge the headphones airpods pro everything works with them I'm sinning on ios maybe some kind of bug

Hello ~ First try hard rest of iPhone. Read through link below and if you have a case on your phone you mat try removing it. Do you have another iPhone to check and see if problem occurs with charger?
