iPhone 12 promax when connecting magsafe wireless charging starts to reconnect constantly. charging 20 watts all accessories are original can anyone tell me?

Hello ~ First try hard rest of iPhone. Read through link below and if you have a case on your phone you mat try removing it. Do you have another iPhone to check and see if problem occurs with charger?
