I continually see the same ad over and over again. I am completely uninterested in the ad. However, the worst part is the ‘X’ to close the ad is so small, it is almost Impossible to press. How do I stop seeing this ad? I already tried changing my privacy.

Free games come with ads. That is how they make their money. If you do not wish to see an ad during a game, you need to check with the game developer to see if they have a premium version of the game, generally you pay for that, and that eliminates ads in the game.
Were is it that you are seeing this ad? What are you doing at the time? Do you have an app open, or what?
All I am doing is playing silly games on my iPad.
