screen malfunction

Hi, my phone fell on the ground on ground. It did not crack or anything but I am not able to touch the screen to open it. I did a hard restart and not it only pops up and says hello in all different languages. I tried to restart it a couple times and I even went ahead deletes some pictures out of my photos. please help
