I was able to download the latest iOS software (14.) then after selecting verify update, it got stuck. The bad news is, my phone got lock and I was not able to unlock because of this pop-up verifying update blocking the screen. Turning off my phone doesn't help either as this pop-up blocks the screen. Even using USB cable won't help as it needs to open my phone which I can't do now.
