The error 18552797029 was occurred when playing songs from the iphone which are synced from the PC through itunes. what is the reason and solution for this?

No idea. I've not seen that obscure error code used before, or anything remotely similar. If you can identify particular songs that trigger it try removing from the device then adding back again.
