IPhone 8 Stuck

Hi my iPhone 8 IOS 14.1 64 GB

is stuck on apple logo. I have tried to force restart no luck! I even tried connecting to my laptop nothing work. In fact my phone wasn’t even not deducted by laptop.

someone pls help me out! Pls it will be really helpful.

since I’m under quarantine I can’t even get my phone fixed by any authorized apple service center.
