how to FaceTime my iPad in my classroom?
Can you describe your issue in more detail?
Do you have multiple Apple IDs, are you wanting to create multiple Apple IDs, or do you want to log on to multiple Apple IDs at the same time?
What does that have to do with FaceTime and your classroom?
I want to facetime from my home location. I would have my iPad Pro to receive the FaceTime exchange. Wouldn't the iPad have to have a different Apple ID to receive the Facetime from my Mac/iPhone/iPad broadcast at home to make this possible? Does this help?
Yes. If the iPad Pro in the classroom has the same Apple ID as the device you are calling from, it won’t work as you are essentially calling yourself.
Even if it does have a different Apple ID, there would need to be someone there to answer the call. The iPad will not automatically pick up the call.
Create the Apple ID as explained in the support document you posted from, and then log in with it for Facetime on the iPad in the classroom. Settings->Facetime->Apple ID. This needs to be done while having the iPad in front of you physically. It cannot be done remotely.
Perfect. Yes, I have an assistant to “receive” the call. I will creat a second Apple ID. Thanks!
