i have 3 bluetooth devices connected to my phone I have never seen before, and I cannot disconnect

I have 3 bluetooth devices that have appeared from nowhere that I can’t disconnect. After googling them I still do not know what they are. I’ve attached a screenshot.

I see two. Try turning Bluetooth off, restart the iPhone, then turn Bluetooth back on and see what happens.
