Bluetooth

My iphone 11 Pro Max is showing one or two other devices in my Bluetooth section under "other devices". I want to know how I can get them off or disconnected? (image attached, ELK-BLEDOM is one I want removed)

Ive tried reseting network connections and master resetting my phone, but every time they are still there.

is there a way to remove them or do i just need to go to an apple store?

There is nothing to remove. That is a bluetooth device within range of the phone that you have not paired with yet.

The only way to get rid of it is to find it and turn it off.
