LinkedIn Recruiter lite no longer is connected with Apple billing

LinkedIn says I have no subscription. I've been getting billed steadily from Apple how can I make Apple and LinkedIn connect? Basically linkedin wants me to set up a new subscription with them.


Somethings not right.
