My Apple Watch series 3 speakers sound muffled

Hi. Follow up to a previous question, (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253042281) I just went for my first swim with my Apple Watch series 3. I’ve been swimming for an hour and now my speakers sound muffled. Is this normal? If not, HELP!

Speakers sounding bad I have been using the apple watch series 3 for the last two months for everyday use and exercise. When I go swimming I always put the water lock on and after swimming I rinse it with fresh water, dry it, and expel the water. I have never had a problem until today. I did my normal process after swimming and then made a phone call. The sound coming out of it was very high pitched and somewhat squeaky and distorted. I tired calling another person just to check it wasn't the line and the same thing happened. I am really disappointed because I love my watch! Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

apple watch mic bot working after swim Hello, I recently went for a swim for the first time with my Apple Watch SE 2022 and i have noticed that after ejecting water multiple times and waiting a couple of hours the microphone is sounding like i am under water. Is there any solution for this or does it go away eventually?

I tested it last night and it’s sounds normal now
