2020 i3 macbook air and external monitor

Can the 2020 i3 macbook air be connected to a 4k external monitor (more specifically, the Samsung LU28R550UQNXZA) with no issues?

Under "Video Support", it lists which type and how many external monitors you can connect too. It also lists the type of connections it will work with.
