Certain keys are not working on iMac wireless keyboard, qwerio, shift key.... Today when i went to use my iMac, the above keys were not working, as you can see most are on the top row of the qwerty keys. I have checked mouse keys and the slow keys are unselected. I've also pressed the option key 5 times - no luck....do you think its a hardware issue? TIA

Disable sleep, not needed on later Macs, all pain, negligible gain.
