My macbook's Touch Bar displays as in the image all the time recently (I used it normally until last month). I cannot see any button on it, but it is still functioning correctly if I touch any position on it.
Not sure what it is, but I tried to reset SMC and NVRAM, and no change.
Do you have any idea what's happening?

Check if you can get a screenshot of the touch bar and see if the result is same as issue.
you can use the the shortcut "Shift-⌘-6"
If screenshot is good then i think the touch bar display could be the issue.
If screenshot is same with the issue i think the there might be a software issue/bug.

Suggest you to check if you have same issue in safe mode?

I tried to run mac in safe mode, but the error remains.
I also ran diagnose as you suggested, the result said that there was no problem with hardware (as shown in below image).
is there anything else that I can do?

Thank you for your suggestion. I did bring it to an Authorized Service Provider but the answer is "they don't know why" and they suggested me to change the top cover with a fee of more than ¥70.000.
