Face ID not avail anymore after update not even after factory reset

We understand that Face ID isn’t working and we’re happy to help! We also see that you’ve already checked out the Apple Support article If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro.


If you see the alert “Face ID has been disabled,” then you should follow the steps in the Apple Support article If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro.


If you see the alert “Face ID is Not Available,” make sure that your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS: Update iOS on iPhone. If your iPhone is already updated to the latest version of iOS, Restart your iPhone, then try to Set up Face ID on iPhone again.


If you still can’t Use Face ID on your iPhone or iPad Pro, or if Face ID is disabled/not available, then you should contact Apple Support for further assistance.
