Apple Watch Control and Notification Center bug.

Sometimes, I have this weird bug on my Apple Watch where I cannot swipe up or down to access the Control Center or the Notification Center. Everything else works normally. The only thing that I have on is Silent. Does anyone know what to do?

i have do same you inform, but still show erase all setting
