BLACK SPOT ON LEFT LOWER PART

I am surfing normally and sudden i heard click sound and lower left side got blck reflection over screen. I just bought iphone 11 just two weeks before.

Any solutions please suggest.

No idea about that , but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

If it appears on all screen pages/apps, since your iPhone is brand new, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
