Oleksii_iOS,

Thank you for providing that follow up information.

Do you have a computer? If so, connect your device and then Locate and view your connected device on your computer. Does the storage consumption shown on your computer match what you're seeing on your device?

If you've restarted and updated your device but the issue continues, you could restore your device as a next step or wait until a subsequent update. You can try to Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings, just make sure to back up your device before restoring or making any changes. Here's How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

You can also contact Apple Support. Here's how to Get Support.

Cheers!

Hello Oleksii_iOS,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities!

We understand that when checking the internal storage on your device, Documents & Data is taking up space but you select it, you’re seeing “No items.” We’d to help.

Do you have any items in Files? Documents & Data such as document files are stored in Files. Here’s how to Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Try to restart your device, when you check internal iPhone storage are you seeing the same “No items” message?

We would also suggest updating the iOS on your device. Make sure to back up before you Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Have a nice day.
