Storage Full Message

Why is it when I attempted an AirDrop of 1.75gb video, from my iPad to my iPhone 7 128gb, it showed error message Storage Full? I have 23gb left of 200gb in Cloud and 56.58gb of 128gb in phone.

Hi there. Here are some things to try:

1) Restart both devices and try to AirDrop again.

2) Try turning off Wifi and AirDrop on both devices in Control Center, then reenable both and try again.

3) If you still have iCloud storage available, you can select the share button on the video and find the option "Save to Files". Then you would be able to use the Files app on iPhone to open the video and save it.

Try these steps and let me know if they work or don't
