Device Unreachable

Trying to offload my pictures onto my window machine. Get the above error. Already changed photo settings to Keep Originals. Doesn’t fix it.

very annoying that apple doesn’t play nice with windows. If I could get an apple laptop for as cheap as I can get a windows I would but apple doesn’t offer inexpensive anything.
