Apple Cash
If I sent Apple Cash to the wrong number and didn’t realize that it was a wrong number. The person who has that number took the money before I could reverse it. Can I get that money back from them?

"To open a dispute for a transaction, contact us. Apple Pay person to person payments are just like any other private transaction between two people. If you sent money to the wrong person, try to cancel the payment or ask them to send the money back."
