I sent Apple Cash to a person whose phone didn’t meet iOS update requirements for Apple Cash and cannot verify her identity due to losing her ID. The person accepted the Apple Cash payment. How do I cancel, retract, or dispute this payment after the person accepted? I have the Transaction ID.
