I need to change my country in my Apple ID since I live in Canada now. My issue is that there is $0.01 balance in my account which doesn’t allow me to change my country. Could you please remove this balance from my account? Many thanks in advance.

Nobody on these boards can. Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
