There is no iPhone XE -- did you mean XS?

There is no "right" power adapter for recent iPhones. If you have a Lightning to USB cable you can use Apple 5W USB Power Adapter - Apple which is the power adapter that came with my iPhone XS.

If you have a Lightning to USB-C cable you can use any USB-C power adapter such as Buy 20W USB-C Power Adapter - Apple or you can use larger power adapters that come with iPads and Macs.
