Dark Lock Screen IPhone 11 Pro
My Lock Screen faintly displays the picture I have chosen but the screen still has a black wash over it.
How do I get rid of the darkness?

We understand from your post that your Lock Screen is dimmed/blurry. Are you running iOS beta? If so, we recommend uninstalling the iOS beta and seeing if the issue persists. If the issue is not present when running a publicly released iOS version, then you will want to provide feedback using the Feedback App for the beta software.
